Daily, Weekly Rate
Daily, Weekly rate is included of Electricity & Water supply and Full maid service, Drinking water 2bottles/ day.
- **These prices are limited 2 persons per room (Standard and Deluxe room)
- **These prices are limited 3 persons per room (Studio, Premier Room and Premier Suite)
- **Plus extra charge of 800 baht per night (high season) for third person
over 10 years old but not more than 12 years old.
- **Plus extra charge 500 baht per night (low season) for the third person
over 10 years old but not more than 12 years old.
- **Children more than 12 years old must take another room.
Monthly, Yearly Rate
• Monthly, Yearly rate are exclusion of Electricity (8 baht/unit) and Water supply (500 baht/person)charge,
Cleaning will be done twice a week but Tenant pays for Change to bed sheets, linen and towels.
Maximum 3 persons share a room the 3 rd person can sleep on sofabed or daybed (Studio, Premier& Premier Suite)
Conditions.
- For 2-3 months stays,1 month advance rental fee and 1 month security deposit are required.
- For 4-7 months stays,1 month advance rental fee and 2 month security deposit are required.
- For over 8 months stays, 2 month advance rental fee and 2 month security deposit are required.
- Monthly rate discount 3 % for 2-3 months lease.
- Monthly rate discount 5% for 4-7 months lease.
- Monthly rate discount 7% for 1 year lease.
Term of Credit Payment.
The payment must be done in one week since the booking (30%) has been confirmed and invoice.
